Mardi Gras has a cool history to it. It became a party, costume and dancing festival in modern times. A lot of people all over states visit New Orleans for the Mardi Gras. It's the best time in the city. You should definitely come to New Orleans for the Mardi Gras once in your life or even every year during Mardi Gras season. It lasts around 3 weeks with tons of parades, parties, music, nightlife, cool people. I made a cool video about it.
